Got questions before you order? Here are answers to some of the most common questions about our products:

Can I get a physical copy of any of the digital products?

No, all our products are delivered digitally via the email address you provide at checkout. You should receive your download within 5–10 minutes of purchase. Our PDF products are fillable for easy typing on your computer or printer-friendly if you prefer to handwrite your notes.

Am I allowed to print out the PDF?

Yes! You can print our digital products for personal use as many times as you need. However, they are strictly for personal use and cannot be shared, resold, or reproduced.

What's your return policy?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We also do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, critique/editing services, or live event tickets after the event has taken place.

Course Refunds: If you haven't started a course within the first 7 days of signup, you may request a refund in store credit.

Physical Products: Once shipped, physical items cannot be returned. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement. Please email us with a photo of the damage so we can process your request.

What's your cancellation policy for subscriptions?

Monthly course subscriptions can be canceled anytime by adjusting the subscription settings on your original receipt. You can also email us for help. Once canceled, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

If a payment fails or your payment plan is incomplete, your course access will be suspended until payments are resumed and completed.

What if I purchased something twice on accident?

If you were charged twice for the same product on the same day, we’ll issue a refund for the duplicate charge. If you repurchased an item at a later date, we’ll provide store credit for the duplicate amount, which can be used on any other product in our shop.

What if I forgot to enter a discount code at checkout? Can I still get the discount?

We understand mistakes happen! If you forgot to apply a discount code, email us, and we’ll issue store credit for the discount amount. Store credit can be used on any product in our shop, including critiques. However, we cannot issue refunds after a purchase is completed.

What if I didn't get my download?

All digital downloads and course login details are emailed within 5–10 minutes of your order. If you don’t see your email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still haven’t received it, email us ASAP with the email address used for purchase, and we’ll resend your download or course details.
