Got questions before you order? Here are answers to some of the most common questions about our products:

Can I get a physical copy of any of the digital products?

No. At this time all our products are delivered digitally, via the email address you provide at checkout. It should arrive within 5-10 minutes of your purchase. (Our PDF products are both fillable to type on from your computer or printer-friendly if you prefer to handwrite your thoughts.)

Am I allowed to print out the PDF?

Yes. You can print out all our digital products for your personal use as many times as you need. However, they are for personal use only meaning the PDFs cannot be printed out to be shared or reproduced.

What's your return policy?

Any purchase of our digital products is non-refundable since they're unable to be returned to us. We also cannot accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or live events once the event has occurred. Course purchases from the shop are eligible for a refund in store credit if you haven't begun the class within the first 7 days of sign-up.

What's your cancellation policy for subscriptions?

Any monthly course subscriptions can be cancelled by sending us an email. Once an email is received, your subscription will be cancelled and you will have access to the course through the end of the month you've completed your last payment for. However, if any monthly payments fail to process or finish out the payment plan, you will lose course access immediately until payments are reinstated and completed.

What if I purchased something twice on accident?

We know we have an extensive product catalog, so sometimes it can be hard to remember something you previously purchased. If you're charged twice in the same day for the same product, we'll send you the money back for the duplicate purchase. However, if you previously purchased something then purchased it again, let us know and we'll send you store credit for the duplicate amount to use on anything else in the shop.

What if I didn't get my download?

All downloads and course login information is sent to you via email within 5-10 minutes of ordering. Please check spam and promotion folders. If you don't see it, please email us ASAP to resend your download or course information. Just be sure to provide us with the email you purchased the product with so we're able to resend it to you.
